Refund Policy

NO CASH Refunds will be given for any duplicate orders for any reason.  To avoid purchasing a design twice, log into your My File Addiction account to view your order history.  All duplicate orders, regardless of the reason, will be offered an in-store credit in the form of a coupon code to use for a future purchase or you can select different files with the same value as a replacement.

NO CASH Refunds will be given if you forget to use or if you had issues getting the code to apply to your order.  If you have issues, you must contact us prior to placing your order. Otherwise, you will have to wait and use the coupon code on another purchase after the issue is resolved.

If you are having any issues with your purchased file, please notify us by email as soon as possible. If we determine that there is an issue with the file itself, we will fix it and upload the revised file to our listing.  You will receive an email with a new link to download the revised file.  Under no circumstances will you be allowed to exchange it for a different file or receive a credit to use towards a future purchase.  In some cases, the file itself is not the issue.  The program that the file is being uploaded into can cause issues along with user error if you are new to working with rhinestone files.  We will do our best to help you resolve your issue any way we can.  If we determine that there are no issues with the file itself, and the problem is caused by a program or user error, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
