You are purchasing a digital download file. No physical product will be mailed. Due to the nature of your purchase, NO refunds will be made.  If you have purchased a duplicate file,  email us at myfileaddiction@gmail.com, and we will either replace the file with another one of equal value or add a credit to your account.  Please ask all questions before your purchase.
